The approach takes a clear position in its concept of creating hyper dense urbanity “on the spot”. A mega structure provides the infrastructural condition for a vertical sequence of public spaces. More than a building the project suggests an inhabited structure which allows an exciting proximity between landscape, squares, individual homes and a broad range of services and facilities. The project does not address a singular “site-specificity but promotes an attitude of extrapolated densification. The images demonstrate a surprising balance between vision and precision putting forward the projective aspect of the concept.
