The combination of block and fragment shows an interesting interpretation of the site’s context and contradiction (the connective island). In general connectivity is a highly important aspect of the project announcing the “stop” as a transition between the existing varieties of movements. Although the project rejects to implement a sign on the place and deals a bit too obvious with notions of niceness and citizen-empowerment the typological intelligence offers a lot of potential concerning the development of occupation (including protected zones for housing).
